11:15 arrival for 12:00pm start

A reminder no rehearsal no show so please make sure you book the date in your calendar.
Performance -
Sunday 29th November - Students dropped off at 11:00 am - show starts at 12pm.

We are very proud to offer our concerts at a very low price!
Everything included for 1 fee. you will not be asked for any extras like videos or photos everything is included!
Private classes are billed separately
This payment includes everything you'r child needs for concert day, no extras will be required for student.
family/friends theatre audience tickets will need to be purchased after this payment.
Ticket link for family & friends sent out via email in November.
What do prices include?

2. Professional Video Link to watch and download the show at home yours to keep
3. Photo
4. Dress Rehearsal Fee for 22nd November @ Beach st 12pm.
5. Stage rehearsal before the show
6. Medal
6. HIRE of Costume
7. All Alterations
8. All sequining
9. Bagging Items for concert day
10. Dry Cleaning After Concert
ALL COSTUMES ARE HIRED ONLY,
COSTUMES DO NOT GO HOME AT ANY TIME
full payment due ASAP so we can organize costumes or at latest 11th September
If we do not receive your payment before this date sadly your child will not have a costume which will result in no participation in our concert.
Classes still need to be paid for weekly or term
PRICES TO PARTICIPATE
1 class
$75 per a student CASH
or
$80 online including Admin Fee
if you participate in a 2nd class
$90 per a student cash
or
$95 online including Admin Fee
if you participate in a 3rd class
$105 per a student cash
or
$110 online including admin fee
any more than 3 classes is an
additional $10 cash or $15 card per a class for costume hire.
example :
Jessy participates in Tuesday 4:30 Hiphop Acro the participation fee is $75. Jessy also participates in Tuesday 5:00 ballet/contemporary which is an extra $15
jessys concert total will be $90 cash
concert money in cash or ONLINE.
please bring in own sealed envelope with students name on the front.
ONLINE PAYMENTS HAVE A ADDED CREDIT CARD FEE
if you are paying cash at the studio prices will be the following
Acrobatics $75
additional 2nd class $15
additional 3rd class $10
Audience tickets for family to watch
Audience tickets for family and friends to gain access to the theatre to watch will be purchased online a few weeks before the concert the same as the mid year concert.
Link too purchase will be emailed at a later date.
By Paying and participating in the concert you understand and agree to your child being photographed or professionally video taped for our concert dvd.
